How to request a return from your utvolshop.com account
Follow these instructions to request a return from your utvolshop.com account. The included photos display how the site will appear when viewed on a desktop computer. The process is similar when viewing the site on a mobile device, but will appear differently.
1. Login
Click Login on the upper right side of the screen and sign-in to your Volshop account. Select your name to make the account menu appear. Then click Purchase History (1st column, 2nd row in the drop-down menu).
2. Order Number
Click the blue highlighted order number that you wish to return.

3. Request a Return
Click the Request a Return button.
4. Submit the request
Select the items you wish to return, select your reason for the return, and click submit request.
5. You're done!
You have now completed your return request. You will receive your return authorization, along with additional instructions in the next few business days.
