The Licensed Buyer develops and executes merchandise strategies for assigned licensed product categories to drive sales, margin, and brand growth for the VolShop. This role uses customer insights, sales analytics, and emerging AI tools to curate trend-right assortments, optimize pricing and inventory decisions, and improve product lifecycle performance. The Buyer partners closely with vendors, licensing partners, and internal teams to introduce innovative products and strengthen the VolShop's brand presence. With a focus on data-driven decision-making, the position plays a key role in shaping the VolShop's overall retail experience.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years’ experience in a retail environment
• 1 year buying for retail operation
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without need now or in the future for sponsorship for employment-based visa status.

Full-Time

The VolShop is the Official Campus Store for the University of Tennessee with 7+ locations. We're looking for students that have interest in retail, merchandising, technology, course materials, business, etc. Various positions in various locations are available. All applicants must bleed orange and white.

Required Skills: Friendly, happy, Big Orange personality. Great customer service skills. Willingness to learn and must have great love and passion for the University of Tennessee.

Must be able to take direction, work on multiple projects at the same time, be able to work VolShop events, including home football games.

Hours: up to 20 hrs/wk

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented student to join our campus tech support team as a Student Computer Repair Technician. In this role, you will provide hands-on hardware and software support for Apple devices (MacBook, iMac, iPad, iPhone) owned by university students, faculty, and staff. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain professional IT experience, work with official Apple diagnostic tools, and earn or maintain industry-recognized Apple certifications while balancing your academic workload

REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS

• Must be a currently enrolled student (part-time or full-time) in good academic standing.
• Basic foundational knowledge of macOS, iOS, and Apple hardware ecosystems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for working with delicate electronic hardware components.
