The VolShop is the Official Campus Store for the University of Tennessee with 7+ locations. We're looking for students that have interest in retail, merchandising, technology, course materials, business, etc. Various positions in various locations are available. All applicants must bleed orange and white.
Customer Excellence Student Assistant Our marketing department is currently looking for a reliable and customer service-minded student to join our team! As we work to develop and heighten the level of customer excellence we offer in-store and online, we are searching for a student to assist the Customer Excellence and AI Specialist with a variety of duties – including customer service training and development, answering customer cases and inquiries, helping to develop the “voice” and “brain” of our AI chatbot, and troubleshooting any customer issue that may arise.
We are seeking a student who is passionate about creating an amazing experience for all of our customers, and who has excellent written and verbal communication skills. This position will work directly with the Customer Excellence and AI Specialist, as well as with the Marketing Manager and Assistant Marketing Manager.
Misc. Student Positions Required Skills: Friendly, happy, Big Orange personality. Great customer service skills. Willingness to learn and must have great love and passion for the University of Tennessee.
Must be able to take direction, work on multiple projects at the same time.
Hours: up to 20 hrs/wk between 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday and all Saturday home games during football.
