What does "pending fulfillment" mean?
Pending fulfillment means that we have received your order, and it is currently in the queue. We try to fulfill all orders in the order in which they were received.
I had a charge on my account when I placed my order and now it's gone. Did my order get cancelled?
No - when you first place an order, an authorization hold is placed on your account by your financial institution. These holds usually disappear within a few days. We do not bill any orders until they are shipped out.
Can I change or add items to my order?
