Carol Miller-Schaefer, CCR
Director
Carol Miller-Schaefer began at the VolShop in July 2017. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse, she began working for B. Dalton Booksellers. In 1992 she was named assistant director and book department manager of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Bookstore. Seven years later, she headed to Fargo, ND, and became bookstore director at North Dakota State University. She served there for 18 years prior to coming to UT. Miller-Schaefer has a bachelorās degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse, and is a past president of the National Association of College Stores (NACS). In 2018 Miller-Schaefer was awarded the NACS Aspen Award, recognizing her continuous and notable contributions to the education and professional development efforts of NACS and the advancement of the college store industry through learning endeavors.

Randy Davis
Sr. Associate Director
Randy Davis began at the VolShop in January of 2019. After graduating from North Carolina State University, he began his career in collegiate retail operations at NC State University. He worked in several positions over 18 years at NC State including course materials, e-commerce, branch stores, and technology. He served on the board of College Stores of North Carolina Association and served as the Chair for the National Association of College Store Technology Resellers. Randy earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Statistics.

Vic White
Associate Director
Vic White started his employment with the VolShop in January of 2011. Prior to joining the University, Vic worked with Sara Lee Bakery Group for 15 years. He was the Plant Financial Manager for the Knoxville operation. Vic earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Maryville College in 1991 with a major of Business Management.

Shirley Streeter
Assistant Director, VolBooks
Shirley Streeter came to UT Knoxville in Fall 1996 as a temporary employee in the UT Book and Supply Store - now known as the VolShop. Since that time, she has been a supervisor and manager of course materials, before moving into her current role as Assistant Director. Shirley earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Alabama.
