Through hands-on learning in a dynamic retail environment, student retailers can gain valuable skills in:

Students can enroll in RMM222 (Retailing Practicum). The course is an elective that can earn students 1-3 credits per semester. The course can also be repeated up to a total of 6 credits, depending on the number of course modules the student wants to complete 🤓
Students can rise through levels from Student Retailer --> Student Supervisor --> Official VolShop Intern --> Student Program Coordinator
Course modules / topics covered include customer service, floor layout planning, visual merchandising, inventory management, promotional set-ups, color theory, e-commerce, omnichannel retail, buying / planning, and retail analytics 📙
