Payment Methods

CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. For security purposes, we may require you to enter your 3 or 4-digit card identification number (CID/CVN/CVV/CVC) for Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Authorization charges typically clear within 1-3 business days. Your card will be charged once your order is ready to ship. If you have questions regarding authorization holds for attempted orders, please contact your financial institution for more details. Please note that we do not accept international credit cards.

GIFT CARDS

VolShop gift cards accepted in-store AND online. To use a gift card online, enter the gift card number in the "Apply Gift Certificate" box at checkout.

OTHER PAYMENT METHODS

We accept credit and debit cards as payment for online orders. Campus Cards (Volcard) are also accepted. We do not accept personal checks or money orders, for in-store nor online purchases.

Approved university departmental purchasers may use a Department Charge for qualifing VolShop purchases. See customer service in-store for details. Documentation for previous departmental charge receipts may be found on our Department Charge Documentation page.
