VolShop Information and Response to Coronavirus (COVID-19)
- Our Student Union and University Commons locations are now open.
- Pursuant to Knox County Board of Health Regulation No. 2020-1, “COVID-19 Face Covering Regulation,” Cloth face coverings are required within our stores.Click here to shop face masks.
- Our staff strives to provide the highest level of customer service while practicing social distancing measures. VolShop employees wear masks while working. Plexi shields have been installed at cash registers. Stickers on the floor featuring Smokey's paw prints, as shown above, direct customers where to stand while forming a line.
- We are not accepting cash at this time. Please use credit/debit card, Vol Card, or Apple Pay for contactless payment.
- The Art + Architecture VolShop, Cumberland Ave. VolShop, and Neyland Stadium Team Shop are currently CLOSED to the public.
