Warranty & Protection Options
Apple Devices
To upgrade Apple devices to be Rocky Top Ready, AppleCare+ protection can be added to eligible Apple computers and iPads at the time of purchase.
AppleCare+ provides extended coverage for hardware defects and accidental damage incidents subject to Apple service fees and terms.
Current AppleCare+ service fees may include:
- $99 for screen or enclosure damage
- $299 for other accidental damage repairs
Dell & Lenovo Devices
Most Rocky Top Ready Dell and Lenovo computers include manufacturer warranty coverage with accidental damage protection. Coverage details vary by model and manufacturer.
